We are the Semington Community Benefit Society formed by a group of villagers to purchase, renovate and re-open the Somerset Arms, for the community and future

The Pub has been closed since 2023 and been for sale since 2024. It’s not only a focal point in the centre of the village but a crucial social hub that has been the beating heart of our community for several centuries. Our objective is to buy the Somerset Arms through community shared ownership then renovate and reopen it so it can be used for future generations
